Billy Attacks!

Ava was "brutally"(as was evident by the loud scream and then intense crying) attacked by her pet cat Billy on Friday evening! She came in from the garage crying and was finally able to tell me that Billy had scratched her. Her private nurse(me) rushed her to the examining room(the bathroom) and found a scratch on her left check. Ava insisted on a band aid. The nurse told her that she felt that a little Neosporin would do the trick, but she felt that a Cinderella band aid would really make it feel better. So antibiotic cream was applied and then the band aid. I guess it worked she was all smiles within 15 minuets of the "attack". Tim and I both wondered exactly what "torture" Billy had to endure to make him scratch!? Our sympathy was leaning more for the cat than for the child!:)

Ava -
If you need someone to feel sorry for you, you can call Uncle Mark and Aunt Lori. We will listen to you. Your personal nurse has been practicing medicine for a long time. She used to give me shots on the farm. I think she enjoyed it too much. Not much for bedside manner.
