First Trip to the ER
We have had a rough winter with the flu...Ava ended up having it so bad that we had to take a trip to the ER for IV fluids. She was so sick she didn't even flinch when the nurse put in the IV. For those of you who know Ava..you know she doesn't do well with needles(remember her flu shot vs the flu mist episode??) She was unable to keep anything down...NOTHING at all and it was coming from both ends! The IV fluids helped, but she still threw up 9 times the day after!! Finally she started feeling better and is back to "normal". She started throwing up around 10:30 Saturday night and didn't stop until Thursday!!!

We are all so glad to hear that Ava is doing much better. Jay Fred was pretty concerned.
Poor Ava:( Hope she stays flu free for the rest of the year.

Poor girl! I don't know about you-- but we are so ready for Spring! It seems this winter if I'm not sick McKenna or Shannon is! Hope your all feeling better!
